Refund & Return Policy

At Khaalis Swaad, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Not be damaged due to customer misuse.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to our mistake:

• We will replace the product or issue a refund.
• Khaalis Swaad will bear the return courier charges.

3. Customer-Initiated Returns

If the customer wishes to return a product due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or any reason not caused by Khaalis Swaad:

• The product must be returned within 7 days.
• The customer will bear the return courier charges.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed.

4. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and food safety reasons, products that have been:

• Opened,
• Used,
• Tampered with, or
• Damaged after delivery,

are not eligible for return or refund unless the issue was caused by Khaalis Swaad.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
